Check out the websites of the university you are interested in attending – many offer scholarships. Start looking early in the year you commence Year 12 as it can be a competitive process and take some time to apply. You may need to apply before you are even offered a place to study.
Your local Country Education Foundation (CEF) supports youth in your area through financial grants for education and employment expenses. Tec-NQ is a registered training organisation (RTO) and a senior secondary school that has been in operation since 2007. Coming soon is the document for the TAFE at School for Distance Education and Remote Students. This school guide has been developed in consultation with ICPA as a result of motions and member feedback from 2016 State conference.
Note: that while the document makes reference to Year 11 and 12 students, Year 10 students are also encouraged to apply and would be eligible, as Year 11 and 12 students are, for funded course placements.
